My Dog Smells Bad. Help!
I have a 17 year old cocker, he has had trouble off and on with his ears smelling. I have taken him to the vet many times but at this time I'm unable to afford to take him. Is there any thing I can do to clear this problem at home?
If your pooch has a yeast infection you can use white vinegar. Pour some into the ears and then use a cotton ball to wipe out the excess. Massage the ear canal and you can use olive oil if your pooch has ear mites. Use the oil after you clean out the waxy build up. I do recommend that you take your pooch to the vet as soon as you can (just in case) to make sure that this is a minor problem.
