How should I feed my puppy?
Try to find out what the puppy has been eating and stick to the same kind of food. A sudden change in diet could cause her to suffer from diarrhea or constipation.
Up to four months of age, feed your puppy four times a day; from five to six months of age, three times a day and over eight months of age, once a day. It’s best to feed her balanced tinned or dry dog food, but it’s also OK to give her a treat now and then. And don’t forget to make sure that there’s fresh water available for her all the time.
Check with the breeder or Kennel Manager about how much to feed your new pet. Different breeds require different amounts of food.
