2 years old male husky malamute cross always wants to fight
I have a 2 years old male husky malamute cross, we are very active in going for walks and bike rides. My concern is that if another dog comes walking by he always wants to fight. It is like bite first ask questions later. Don't get the impression he is a mean dog because he isn't, he is great with kids, he will let them pull his ears and do anything to him. It is just other animals that is problem.
You do not say if you have had him since he was a puppy. He was probably not adequately socialized. Sterilizing him might help, but I suggest that you ask you veterinarian to refer you to a behaviorist.
