Burnham Park Animal Hospital is a well-established, full-service, small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care. Established in 1994 by Dr Lawrence M Fox, a native of the South Side, and Dr JB Bruederle. The hospital is located in the building which formerly served a the main Chicago Post Office. Our practice is an AAHA-certified member hospital. AAHA is the only organization that accredits animal hospitals throughout the U.S. & Canada. AAHA-accredited hospitals adhere to the highest-quality standards available, which helps ensure the best care for your pet. We provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories. We also work closely with local practices when special diagnostic procedures are required. The facility includes a well-stocked pharmacy, in-hospital surgery suite, in-house x-ray capabilities, laser, ultrasound, a closely supervised hospitalization area, and indoor boarding kennels with outdoor walking areas.
